A journey to a life fulfilled
I am Gemi. And I am a Coach.
In a nutshell, it’s been a long yet stealthy journey.
I say this because, deep down, I’ve always coached in all of my positions and my career. It wasn’t clear that I was coaching those close to me, my business associates, and the teams I’ve led regardless of my titles. However, I unknowingly leaned into coaching practices that built people upward.
Initially, I thought I was a teacher or a consultant –offering solutions. And I found myself frustrated because the people I was teaching or consulting didn’t take my advice; they did it their way. And that’s how it should be.
Or, the companies that I represented wanted me to sell things as solutions to clients and used coach-like methods to manipulate and create a need for clients saying yes to solutions.

Co-Active Model
Co-Active means simply “being in action…together.”
I did not feel it.
People want to feel empowered.
Being a person who solved problems wasn’t resonating. Inside, I longed for a vibrancy that would fulfill me.
Empowering people filled my core value. And it’s called coaching.
Earlier this year (2021), I was awarded one of the two full-ride scholarships by CoActive Training Institute (CTI), and I am now on my way to becoming a certified coach by CTI’s and the ICF’s standards.
I now feel so energized and fulfilled as I have stepped up and into coaching.
My purpose in life is to help others become the best versions of themselves. And because I have over twenty-five years of marketing and business experience, I also help those who want to build a business or are already an entrepreneur to step up and step out of their own way.
I believe that there isn’t any difference between life and work. And especially for entrepreneurs, you can build a business that fits your life.
You might be asking yourself, do I really need a coach? The answer is no. No one needs a coach, and you can always level up yourself. (Actually, I have said this too!)
However, I’ve learned that having a coach is like having a guide, a cheerleader, a supporter, and a questioner that takes those conversations you have in your head and puts them out in the open.
Now all of a sudden, change is real.
I now believe in coaching. I, too, have my own coaches and experience its power.
So… If you’re tired of yourself.
Set up a 15-minutes meeting with me to learn how coaching can help you.
